Richard moved to Florida in 1998 from Albany, New York after receiving his education in Accounting and working in the accounting/bookkeeping department for a Real Estate firm in Albany, New York for 4 years. Richard was hired by Levy Realty Advisors, Inc. in 1999 to handle the back office accounting and financial reporting for all of Levy Realty Advisor’s Property Management and Corporate needs. Richard’s role as Chief Operating Officer has become increasingly more important and has assisted the company with Y2K compliance, computer networking, improving the efficiency of the property management division and enabling the company to maintain controlled growth through enhanced technological advancements which he has single handedly implemented. Richard also serves as Alan Levy’s assistant to help manage and run the Corporate Office.
